This position will lead and execute all marketing and communication processes and activities required to drive and build qualified leads throughout the world. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and leading a marketing team responsible for demand generation for a SaaS company.

This is a demanding role that requires you to provide strategic direction for the marketing function and be hands on in order to effectively manage a team with diverse demands.


Define and direct marketing programs whose primary role is demand generation. You will align and prioritize marketing activities across multiple channels including digital marketing, content marketing, social media and outbound strategies, to meet revenue generation goals.
Work with sales for lead tracking and management. You will also work with and support sales efforts through identification and implementation of successful sales strategies, development of sales collateral and assets
Direct the development and execution of global marketing communication initiatives including promotional campaigns, upsell, brand awareness, etc…
Manage ongoing communication efforts to better articulate the messaging of our brand through marketing copy on our Website and collateral. And, manage brand awareness and consistency across all customer facing assets.
Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
Define media strategy and act as spokesperson with press, analysts and at industry events
Frequent business reviews with the executive team that includes analytical review of lead generation efforts, tactical reviews and marketing return on investment will be expected.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and pivot quickly
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
Strong track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven environment
Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.

6 years experience in B2B software industry
2 years in a senior management position
SaaS experience preferred
